This policy explains what personal data Smart Funnels collects and why. We keep it to what we need.

Who controls your data?

The controller of your data is Paul Terence Devereux, self-employed, trading as Smart Funnels, IČO 09771930, č.p. 264, 696 65 Petrov, Czech Republic. Contact: hello@yoursmartfunnel.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, plus your confirmation that you agree to us using them to reply.
• Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Emails you send us: the content of the email and your address.

We don't use advertising cookies or analytics on this site. We don't set cookies for tracking.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

• To read and answer your message. Basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.
• To run and protect the site. Basis: our legitimate interest in security.

Who receives it

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and provides the spam check on the form.
• Resend, which sends the form message to our inbox.
• Google Workspace, which hosts our email.

Some of these providers are based outside the EU, including in the United States. They process data under the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal duty. Then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to our use of it and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before. Write to hello@yoursmartfunnel.com.

You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz), or to the authority in your own country.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too.
